   I guess it’s better the journalists were banned or they could have been targeted and shot like in Iraq.
   Some 137 of them if my clogged up brain remembers correctly.

   Now… what is the hidden geopolitical (US/UK) agenda here?
   Are we seeing Mahmoud Ahmadinejad and his faction trying every tactic to stay in power or are we seeing Mir Hossein Mousavi and his backers (domestic & foreign) take power under false pretenses?
   Perhaps a little of both….

   I trust nothing that is published on this.
   It looks like a carefully orchestrated power shift in the making… something the US has been doing effectively for more than 100 years.

7. Nice work Brad. You created more of a pro journalist look than the other two, who each worked the “sitting in the bedroom” blogger stereotype.
   I think it’s important that you hammered home the idea of free, fair elections with transparent ballot protection; and the US lack of moral authority in that area. Slipping in a 2004 dig and the fact that folks have been jailed for it was strong, too. All in all, a “beyond blogging” delivery. I think of you as more of a “citizen journalist.”

8. One of the few things we know about this – here in America, those that most-strongly denounce the election in Iran are also the ones that adamant that dur chimpfurher legitimately won 2000 and 2004.

   Those 2 elections can be reasonably proven as stolen, but the MSM will not cover it.

   Americans have no “high ground” on this issue, and most of all, especially the repugs and neocons that are making the most noise.

    for example(of losing the moral authority) nancy tobi has been trying for monthes to get some answers thru foias from NH about the primarys…dbl check me on this but unless i have missed the foias on bbv NH’s sec of state has done everything but answer her simple requests,and NH is trying to change the law so citizens CAN NOT foia simple ballots cast numbers and /or results

    i saved the sec of states recount numbers and they do not match the official corrected numbers posted on their web site…nancy has asked in many dif ways…how did you get from the recount numbers to what you are currently posting…and they simply refuse to answer

    GWN – This may sound like an excuse, but it’s not, in truth, the aspect ratio on the web version of the segment is screwed up! I may have put on a pound or three over the years, but my “chubby cheeks” are not quite that chubby! (Yet.)

12. You definitely had the most professional backdrop and appearance. I liked the way you kept throwing it back onto the failings of the US election system as well, although its hard to know how much a non-bradblog reader would have picked up on that.

    Honestly they shouldn’t have you on as one of a ‘bunch’ of bloggers. You should be on as an elections expert or something (“senior election correspondent” as Jon Stewart might phrase it).

    I certainly hope the airtime helps your site too.
