   Reading Rubin’s post I keep “screaming” inside. Please fight for paper ballots. As a commenter said, with all the time it takes to set up and fix mistakes paper ballots would be faster and less money AND all votes should be counted.

   Major Mike McCormick, at the time holding the rank of Captain with the U.S. Air Force Auxiliary Patrol, arrived at Ground Zero about three hours after both towers had collapsed. He worked throughout the first six days of the rescue effort, until it changed from search and recovery to recovery only. While engaged in this work, he found the World Trade Center towers’ flag, which was later displayed at the Olympics. Major McCormick now suffers from respiratory illness and gastro-esophageal reflux disease. He was awarded a Congressional Certificate, a thank you letter from the President, and a commendation from Governor Pataki. He was denied coverage by the September 11th Victim Compensation Fund because it asserted that he had not proved that he was there.

   Well….Major McCormack YESTERDAY publicly stated that the US has turned into nazi Germany.
   The reason for this is that in his fight to receive his rightful compensation being denied him, he became “the enemy” in the eyes of OUR government. He was one of the key people to uncover the documents that showed the White House directed the lies about air quality in NYC after 9/11.

   A few days ago, after these documents became public, a group of heavily armed law enforcement officers arrived at his apartment building and told a tennant they were there to search the building “for a tennant” but had no warrant. What they had was a consent form. This tennant let them in. Of course, most people would since they’re “the good guys”.

   A FEDERAL SWAT team then blew in surrounding Major McCormack armed with MP5 machine guns and 9 mm handguns pointed at his head.

   HELLO!!!!!
   Would OUR government do this???

   So maybe it’s legal for them to send all those New Yorkers into poisoned air. Could they spin it into a rationale that sending them in was related to a law enforcement purpose?
