Psst! As the “front man” for The Whispering Campaign, I get all kinds of stuff via e-mail, including a couple of news summaries compiled by people and/or organizations who have nothing to do with Brad or The BRAD BLOG … they found The Whispering Campaign as soon as we went public and they offered to send us things and we said “sure” and it comes to me … I read some of this stuff and scan the rest, usually, if I have time, but I never quite know what to do with it. My first impulse it to share it… but the quantity poses a bit of a problem, because I can hardly even find time to read it, let alone blog about it. I mean there’s just all this stuff happening every day. Or every week. As the case may be.
I call it “the blizzard”. You can only examine so many snowflakes before you freeze to death standing up. [Apologies to any matsodons in the audience; I agree it was a tasteless joke.] So mostly I just scan this stuff and say “thanks” under my breath, and keep going … you know how it is: Life in the fast lane, Surely make you lose your mind, mm, Are you with me so far?
… and … I’ve been thinking it might be good to find some snippet of one of these newsletters and post it, to see what BRAD BLOG readers think of it … but what to post? and when? and how to “package” it? and so on … a lot of questions remained unanswered … until I saw that somebody with no known connection to The BRAD SHOW or The BRAD BLOG … someone who, to my knowledge, had never even heard of The BRAD SHOW or The BRAD BLOG… had sent me a news compilation that mentions … very prominently … are you way ahead of me here??

As you can see, its called the WAR PRAYER obviously. And the message is very simple, wars are un-neccesary vile things which should only be used as a last resort since they bring destruction and death.
But when that war, or wars are based on lies and illegal acts of agression you aren’t smiting down the enemy anymore, Paul, because you have BECOME the enemy. And thus you got exactly what you paid for, thousands of dead, blood, and your friends gone forever perished at the hands of greed.
Mark Twain had a brilliant message, but you only understand what that message was once you’ve felt the pain. So why don’t you go ship off to Bagdhad, which is where they hate everyone for our freedom I take it, and prove you can wave your patriot party in public?
What’s the matter? Is the fear of loss too great? War is about loss, and death. You should embrace it…that is unless you really aren’t pro-war.
Cathy, I feel for you and it takes tremendous courage to do this too. Thomas is the most brave guy I know to do this, please send his picture and story everywhere you possibly can. Let them know 9/11 is over, that Iraq has no bearing on 9/11 and that the war was a lie and its time for it to end. Lets hope all the chickenhawks wake up before countless others are killed, and lets take that message straight to Washington and beyond and impeach the dictators and end their oil wars.

Yes, let them know that Iraq had nothing to do with 9/11. Also let them know that many of us know who DID: The Bush administration, because 9/11 was an inside job. Though there are MANY holes in the "official" 9/11 fairy tale, all you have to do to see that the "official" story is crap is to watch the video footage of the "collapses" of the Twin Towers and WTC # 7 and it is plain to see that they were controlled demolitions. The explosions are clearly visible even in regular tape speed, as are the "squibs" of dust jetting out of windows near the blasts and watch as each building comes down in nine seconds, the rate it would fall through air unopposed, a feat impossible by the laws of physics UNLESS it was a controlled demolition. Let’s get the truth out to the masses. Don’t let the Republinazis dictate the parameters of our argument. We know 9/11 was an inside job. Spread the word to everyone you can. The more people that know the truth about 9/11 the less likely it is that the government will attempt another 9/11, because I’m sure the next one would be nuclear and done as an "excuse" to round up dissidents.
But in response to the central query of this thread, yes of course I think the Brad Show is making a difference. The truth always does. The truth is what the fascists fear most. It’s a scrutizing light exposing them for what they are. Keep up the good work Brad and Winter Patriot. That the fascists are getting nervous is a sign that you guys and other people like you are making a difference.

LOUISVILLE, Ky. (BP)–Every thoughtful person must deal with the problem of evil. Evil acts and tragic events come to us all in this vale of tears known as human life. The problem of evil and suffering is undoubtedly the greatest theological challenge we face.
Most persons face this issue only in a time of crisis. A senseless accident, a wasting disease or an awful crime demands some explanation. On Aug. 29, evil showed its face again as Hurricane Katrina came ashore on the Gulf Coast.
For the atheist, this is no great problem. Life is a cosmic accident, morality is an arbitrary game by which we order our lives, and meaning is non-existent. As Oxford University Professor Richard Dawkins explains, human life is nothing more than a way for selfish genes to multiply and reproduce. There is no meaning or dignity to humanity.
For the Christian Scientist, the material world and the experience of suffering and death are illusory. In other religions suffering is part of a great circle of life or recurring incarnations of spirit.
Some Christians simply explain suffering as the consequence of sins, known or unknown. Some suffering can be directly traced to sin. What we sow, so shall we reap, and multiple millions of persons can testify to this reality. Some persons suffer innocently by the sinful acts of others."
