Nobody ever said dedicated Christians shouldn’t comment on world events. The televangelist has done plenty of that, having made some pretty outrageous remarks over the years on the Christian Broadcast Network. But his call for U.S. agents to assassinate Venezuelan President Hugo Chavez is especially foolish and dangerous.
Many Americans might agree that U.S. officials could save the country a lot of heartache and money by finding a way to remove Mr. Chavez without a war. But for the founder of the Christian Coalition of America, and a religious broadcaster, to call for the assassination of a political leader is startling and frightening.
Mr. Robertson said on his 700 Club TV program that America should keep Venezuela from becoming "a launching pad for communist infiltration and Muslim extremism."
Americans know all about the extremists who occupy the fringes of an otherwise noble religion. But in his own way this presumed man of God has become an extremist himself. [end snip]

I must have a security feature turned on. The picture is blank on the blog, but if I right click over the area I can choose view picture and it opens in a new window.
When I worked at the chicken hatchery oh so many years ago, we used to cut the tips off of those little beaks before we shipped them. Kept them from pecking each other to death while being shipped.

Find the pic posted somewhere online. Right-click & copy "properties" then copy "location" (it’s an html addy)
Open Torqued’s CA and open the editor box (under COOL TOOLS pull down menu)
Click on the little picture of a tree – top left under the box [default]
This opens a box — paste in address & click on one of the lower fill-in boxes and the program will automatically fill in the height/width info.
(brad says no wider than 500. Preview & see if it stretches width of page, if so go back and change the width smaller. You’ll have to do calculations for width size to keep perspective.)
NEXT – click on INSERT and it will pop the pic into the Editor Box.
NOW – click on tool bar HTML button and a new window pops up with the html code for the picture. Copy that and paste it into your comment box.
PREVIEW to make sure it’s ok.

I sent this letter to Pat Boone today who criticized those who criticize the invasion and war in iraq. I also called the America Legion and gave them some of my criticism because they want to stifle our criticism. Now that appears unamerican what the Legion wants to do.

1. George W Bush to me appears an illegitmate fraud who stole 2 elections.
2. George W Bush provoked the 9-11 attacks with his secret oil diplomacy with the taliban from jan 2001 until july 2001. he angered the taliban with an invasion threat and the criminal terrorists taliban struck us first!
3. I believe in Capitalism but not the unregulated cheap labor capitalism of George W Bush. We will put conservative Republican economics on the ash heap of history that we put communism!
4. Cindy Sheehan speaks for me. She lost her son. Her son got shanghaied into Iraq by an Idiot white house stealer who invaded Iraq, killed 100,000 innocent Iraqis, had 1900 of our men and women soldiers killed.
5. The chimp’s approval now stands at 38 percent. That does not appear a mandate.
6. GW Bush, the chimp lied about wmd’s in order to get us into a war in order to get reelected and also keep hold of congress in 2002. They want to destroy the new deal.
7. I supported the war in Afghanistan, even though Bush provoked the 9-11 attacks. 2750 people died on 9-11 for oil.
8. no link exists between 9-11 and Iraq. The 9-11 attackers got their orders from Osama Bin Laden a taliban ally. Bush threatened to invade afghanistan in july 2001 because the taliban refused to allow us companies to build an oil pipeline through afghanistan and the taliban struck first. no conspiracy here just bad Republican oil based foreign polciy.
10. Unlike the American legion and yourself I will NOT tell you to shut up. Keep talking but I strongly disagree with you.
