   I find bush and deeds disrespectful.

   Poor little Bush needs to "get on with his life" and enjoy "his" bike rides and good health. It’s always about him; it’s always been about him. His "leadership", his "decisions", his "place in history"; he makes me sick!!!!

   Anyone catch that Boston Legal last night? It was a rerun (as I understand it), but one of the main stories was a guy from the Sudan that wanted to sue the U.S. government for not stepping in with the genocide going on there.. The arguement was "other countries listen to us when we say we root out evil and take care of it".. at one point, the suggestion is "have the U.S. stand up and say ‘we’re not getting involved, it’s not our problem ‘ " .. the U.S. lawyer says "the U.S. isn’t gonna say that!".. and so they win the ability to sue the U.S. for not getting involved..

   Didn’t occur to me until this morning.. that’s our Media trying to cudgle this war into acceptance.. the descriptions of the autrocities draws an emotional tie, then tries to shift things to "The U.S. is the greatest country in the world, other countries look up to us.. we’ve told them we’ll take care of everything, now we legally have to protect the whole world [or lose face]". Though, shouldn’t we be taking care of our OWN back yard first? stop the starving and homelessness and crimes committed because of poverty? THEN worry about stopping oppression around the world? and then, ONLY in places where the PEOPLE are UNITED against a corrupt government (and not splintered by differing views of religion that have them killing each other as much as the government does)?

   It amazes me how TV is SOOOO totally tied into what’s going on in the administration. More than just being criminally complicant by not reporting "real news", but by being criminally complicant in trying to dupe our citizens into thinking "we’re on a noble mission".. which, is of course, bullshit.

   Toon of the moment how accurate. Has anyone else picked up the comments from T.Delay, Karen Hughes and G.W.Bush from the 8/17/05 Daily Kos?

   This from when Clinton was sending troops into Bosnia.

   Delay – "You can support the troops but not the president."
   Bush – "Victory means exit strategy, and it’s important for the President to explain to us what the exit strategy is."
   Karen Hughes – "If we are going to commit American troops, we must be certain they have a clear mission, an achievable goal and an exit strategy." speaking on behalf of Bush

   Got to say, tho, Sean Hannity was the best, "Explain to the mothers and fathers of American Serviceman that may come home in body bags why their son or daughter have to give up their life?"

   Um, wonder what song or crap Hannity is singing now.
   Funny how the words change depending on whose war you are defending.

   Good point, Texaslady.. It’s nice to know (and helps me sleep at knight) that I don’t waver on such positions.. Clinton was (probably) wrong when he did it, and Bush is wrong now. Funny thing is (not "haha"), these assholes had GOOD points when Clinton sent in troops, but the same GOOD points go by the side when their koolaid server does it..

   I hate hypocrits.. worst kind of humans there are..
