It was a warm day in L.A. yesterday, and I was running behind for my last minute appearance on RT America (Russia’s English-language cable/satellite news channel here in the US). The topic was Congressional dysfunction which, as you might have guessed, I am against.
First, watch the appearance…
Then, take a look at what you didn’t see on camera… 🙂

Sexiest knees this side of the Mississippi!
OMG! You are the Bee’s knees, Brad!
Too funny! Casual Tuesdays indeed!
Great commentary though btw and right on the mark. And a reward at the end of it, too! 😉

Brad, just a quick point to new election-related case right here in Iowa: http://www.kcci.com/news/central-iowa/ACLU-seeks-to-stop-new-voter-rules/-/9357080/16019524/-/dk8fyrz/-/index.html
Brad,
As a television broadcast engineer, I am not at all surprised to see your knees in the jpeg. You would be amazed at how much you don’t see because it is just outside of the frame seen by the audience. As a radio person, you already know that what you think you hear as a member of the audience, and what you are actually hearing can be two totally different things. That’s what sound effects are all about. In the movie industry, the person who creates the sounds you think you are hearing from some on-camera source, is called a Foley Artist or Foley Editor, but believeable sound effects are exactly what a Foley Artist is all about.
Welcome to the world of real make believe. 🙂
