I was also delighted to join my Green News Report co-host Desi Doyen this morning on former Air America host Betsy Rosenberg’s On The Green Front radio show. Rosenberg is a feisty and smart — and very funny — voice in green media, and we were delighted to make our first-ever live appearance on her show today! We talked about the RW Denialism Industry, the genesis of the Green News Report, the impending shutdown of Green960 in San Francisco (the only progressive AM station on the public airwaves!) and the over-all failure of the corporate media to cover perhaps the most important story of our lifetime.

He says the global warming movement is kaput, but since that movement is driven by knowledge that increasing catastrophe is a result of that warming, the global warming movement based on that reality will prevail.
That the deniers like Inhofe increase their following will not change reality and stop the catastrophe.
An interesting factor that complicates the problem is preparing for peak oil and the impact less and less available fossil fuels will bring to bear.
The Inhofe crowd will try to stop us from preparing for declining supplies of oil by converting to green, thus, a greater catastrophe looms as a result of the Inhofe misinformation campaign.
Converting and upgrading the national power grid would be better by far than building the Keystone pipeline.
