I’m with you. And I’m with them.
Just watched a great HBO doc–Gasland.
It documents the disastrous effects of natural gas exploration and fracking.
It reminded me concerning my critique of Rush Limbaugh on a recent thread that Rush is so tip of the iceberg as far as denial and magic thinking goes in our country. He’s one of the most visible proponents but our society is infused with it. But there are also plenty of just regular American citizens who know better, are completely hip to the jive, and ready to act. The Gasland documentary provides plenty of fresh evidence of all this.
We really need to all become Egyptians and Tunisians. Now.
Necessity is the mother of invention.. great pics!
*Love* these. Thanks for posting. Making them my wallpaper.
Walk like an Egyptian ?
David “Gasland.” is a shocker…who has the power ? The people ? The profiteers ?
About Gasland.
Perhaps, like what Gov. Perry wants in order to get an abortion in Texas (sonogram, etc.), anyone wanting fracking must first view Gasland.
Now I understand hieroglyphics.
GO PACK GO!!!
I don’t see Arianna Huffington anywhere?
When necessity becomes the everyday lives lost sanity and reason and the instinct of wanting resolve problems
