Hi, Brad, in debating over at Common Sense Political Thought dot com, I’m debating someone over there, and they are accusing you of dealing with a pedophile, of which I know nothing about, regarding someone on Velvet Revolution. I of course am on your side, but, don’t understand how their confusion came about. I would appreciate it, if you went over there and countered the BS. PLEASE!!! Thanks.

The reason the guy you’re debating with over there didn’t specify where the info was coming from was because it’s coming from Rightwing disinformationist Andrew Breitbart and his lacky/blogger who works and blogs pseudonymously over at his sites (that’s the “assistant deputy district attorney” he refers to.)
I have no interest in swimming in the muck with these sleazy characters who have no compunction about sliming a private individual who has worked tirelessly as a civil rights and human rights activist for the last two decades (he, indeed, did have problems with the law more than 30 years ago and served his time in federal prison before emerging to rebuild his life with a family as a peace and justice advocate with whom I work at VR).
Since even discussing the matter here tends to result in libeling a private citizen (for example, your point of my “dealing with a pedophile”), I am loathe to even enter their filthy, dishonest fray. That is their filthy game, not mine.
Suffice to say, as you might imagine, the blog’s attacks on me and The BRAD BLOG are about as accurate as the dishonest scams they used to take down ACORN. Even worse, since they can’t find anything to dispute my accurate reporting, since I’ve consistently pointed out, accurately, their dishonest scams, they hope that attacking a private citizen who I’ve worked with, and whose past is his own (and who disputes the versions told by those who hope to use him to slime me, btw) will somehow hurt me. All in lieu of criticizing my own work directly. Since they can’t. At least not honestly.
So instead they are hoping to mislead their gullible audience in an effort to discredit the pro-democracy work done on this site and elsewhere. Surprised? I’m guessing you’re not. Anyway, hope that helps!
