I’ll be appearing for a Q&A in St. Louis on Tuesday (12/15 @ 7:30pm), after a screening of Patty Sharaf’s award-winning documentary, Murder, Spies & Voting Lies: The Clint Curtis Story featuring both myself, and our reporting here at The BRAD BLOG on the Republican computer programmer turned vote-rigging whistleblower.
The screening is part of the traveling Burning Fuse Film Festival which hits Webster University’s Film Series this week. Murder, Spies… will screen Tuesday, December 15 @ 7:30 in St. Louis at Webster’s Winifred Moore Auditorium, 470 E. Lockwood, Webster Groves, MO, Directions/Map, More info: 314-968-7487.
Hope you’ll stop by and say hello! Here’s a flier [PDF] if you’re in the hood and feel like helping to spread the word!
(NOTE: If you’re not near St. Louis, or even if you are, but would like to support our work, we are still offering DVDs of the film, as signed by both myself and Sharaf, as premiums to supporters of The BRAD BLOG. We enjoy no corporate or foundational funding, so we appreciate whatever you are able to offer to help us continue our work. See this item for details…)

Important and very well done movie! It’s time I watched my copy again.
99 is such a stooooooopid knob – brad your blog will always suck as long as that maroon is here.
[Maybe Brad will fire me and become King of All Blogistan! Worth a try, anyway. –99]
Don’t worry! I’ll fill in for 99 and make sure Brad stays moderated. After all we can’t have that fellow posting willy-nillly, now can we?…
Yes! Brad needs moderating really badly! 😛
We all owe a debt to those with thankless jobs that trolls demean.
I plan on attending!
Thor Hearne will probably be there, be sure to look for him 😉
Thor, Phyllis Schlafly and Uncle Billy Bush can all sit and enjoy the evening with me :o)
Shortbus – Be sure to say hey! And yup, hope Thor stops by! Would love him to see the film, and will even ask him to join me on stage for the Q&A if he has the courage to show up!
If this documentary can make its way to Portland, Oregon, I’m sure it would find a strong audience here.
Hey brad, THANKS. HAPPY HANUKKA and MERRY CHRISTMAS, isn’t that the order they come in? NO WORRIES. I’m just about to go out in the streets to get people to sign up for the right to have a third party on the ballot. It needs done everywhere! Thousands of signatures on a petition…if I can just get this to post. 🙂
An believe me, my neighbors ain’t no easy sell.
Nothin’ is easy, Ancient. Thanks for putting in the effort for something you give a damn about! And something worth doing!
Ancient, sometimes changing parameters can get past a bradblog posting glitch… that’s how I wound up posting here as “the zapkitty” instead of “zapkitty” for a while.
Welcome back to St. Louis Brad! I can’t be there but I hope you have a great turnout. It’s a movie everyone should see.
Shortbus, “Phyllis Schlafly”, ugh, don’t remind me. I won’t drink Schlafly Beer because it’s her family (sons) that own the brewery. It’s pretty good beer too, but no one ever said carrying a grudge would be easy.
@lottakatz: Growing up in a Blue collar Democrat house in St Louis I’ve heard my Mother throughout the years make that “Ughh” grumble!
Thanks for showing up tonight, Shortbus! Especially in the freezing frickin’ cold (at least for me, now that I’ve become L.A.-ized!)
Was great to meet ya, amigo!
(Lottakatz – You missed all the fun! 🙂
