At least 22 separate lawsuits claiming KBR poisoned American soldiers in Iraq have been combined into a single massive lawsuit that says KBR, which until not long ago was a subsidiary of Halliburton, sought to save money by disposing of toxic waste and incinerating numerous potentially harmful substances in open-air “burn pits.”
And now this: Pfizer broke the law by promoting drugs for unapparoved uses…

In the agreement the lawyers eventually hammered out, the Pfizer unit, Warner-Lambert, pleaded guilty to two felony counts of marketing a drug for unapproved uses.
New York-based Pfizer agreed to pay $430 million in criminal fines and civil penalties, and the company’s lawyers assured Loucks and three other prosecutors that Pfizer and its units would stop promoting drugs for unauthorized purposes.
What Loucks, who’s now acting U.S. attorney in Boston, didn’t know until years later was that Pfizer managers were breaking that pledge not to practice so-called off-label marketing even before the ink was dry on their plea.
We must stop those those fuckers from ACORN immediately! It’s an outrage!

If we don’t stop them now, you can damn well be sure that this new government run health care they’re about to ram down our throats will have a provision for MANDATORY ACORN SUPPOSITORIES FOR ALL AMERICANS!!!! You’re right, all of these things should be investigated, and there is certainly a law suit against KBR/Halliburton (and the Subcontractor who actually ran the burnpits that were signed off on by the US Army) as there should be…so great… wrongdoing is being investigated on all sides including Acorn. The only thing I can figure is your main point is these other wrongs “make a right” somehow? Real brilliance here.

There is much more than “a law suit against KBR/Halliburton”. They have been found to have defrauded the government over and over again, charged with gang rape and false imprisonment of a follow American, are charged with the death of troops while Blackwater is charged with out and out murder, running sex trafficking rings, etc.
They are but two examples, there are scores of other such companies who continue to suck off the tax-payer teet, even after actually having been found guilty of something.
But you Fox “News” patsies have been so utterly duped and misdirected, you’ve lost any sense of what is right and wrong and who the actual bad guys are anymore. It’s really a pity, and laughable were it not so damned dangerous to our nation and the world.
