Desperation is again setting in for Bill Kristol. The headline of the neo-con’s column today — he’s now shamefully employed by the New York Times — cuts directly to the chase and speaks volumes, while neatly summarizing years of the Republicans’ only actual campaign agenda. All, in three words.
The headline: “Be Afraid. Please.”
There it is, in a very polite nutshell. Look for more of that — much, though likely less polite — between here and November. It’s about all they have.
The rest of his column is largely irrelevant (as he should have become, long ago) and is yet another sad waste of precious NYTimes ink. But the admission inherent in the headline is about as telling as you’ll ever find.

Thank you for not quoting the garbage this guy has written. They, the neocon mouthpieces, must be made irrelevant and not given so much print space by the very people they are programmed to attack.
When is our nation going to put chicken hawk warmongers like Bill Kristol in prison for war crimes? This yellow bellied chicken hawk would never sacrifice his own children or family members for the wars that he has helped and wants to start.
Someone needs to wipe that arrogant smirk off his two faces.
Obama wants to put more troops in Afghanistan. I bet his wouldnt send his daughters to Afghanistan. You folks wanted Bush to send his.
Americans aren’t supposed to be afraid Mr. Kristol, but we are definitely sick, tired and angry. We go to our jobs every day to make a living, not to scare people into wars!
Wilber ~ bill kristol is always grinnin, ya think he keeps a gerbil up his butt ?
Well, Smithy, Obama’s daughters are way too young, but if we’re still there when they’re old enough, I’m going to be yelling about it, you don’t need to worry about that.
Yeah Smithy, it’s the Republicans that have the eleventh commandment. Not us.
Billy KKK is irrelevant.
