  1. Question for Scott Dick. Cheney’s office has been the source of leaks in the Plamegate matter, and now in another criminal case.

A Cheney aide was just sentenced to 10 years for faxing some 800 classified documents from that office. While Scooter was there. While Rove was there.

Is Cheney’s office weak on national security? Will he be pardoned like Scooter was?

  2. That’s really startling, Dredd. How did I not hear about this? No wonder Cheney doesn’t want anyone to examine his handling of classified documents.

  3. IMPEACHMENT…. I want all impeachment, all the time, until everyone opposed to it has been mowed down by a wave of outraged Americans on their way to physically pluck our troops from their deployments. Voting itself could well be mooted by these criminals if we do not impeach the living snot out of them yesterday.

  4. Agent 99,

Try holding your CPU upside down and trying to get it to drink water through a straw.

  5. Democrats were filibustering all these filthy judicial nominations before the nuclear option threat stopped them. Now, Democrats have the option of making the rules such that filibusters have to be actual filibusters, not this stupid cloture vote business….

  6. They say it’s about keeping up with other things while something is being blocked…. What it’s really about is not getting important things settled and political cover. Constituents can’t tell what their senators are doing. Add the help from the MSM in covering these jerks, and it’s hopeless.

  7. Brad,
Thanks for asking my question, and for tagging on that all-important piece about audits!

  8. Chris #2

Just reading the news from papers of the 6 billion people on earth who have us surrounded and have enough military might to destroy us some day if our government keeps killing, maiming, raping, and destroying those who are “not with us”.

I wish the god of war would stop whispering in preznit blush’s ear … he thinks he’s sexy when that happens.

  9. Yesterday’s guest, Larisa Alexandrovna, says:

Bloggers can now afford CIA FOIA requests…

A win for “new media,” including the alternative press, bloggers, etc:

“Criticism of proposed rules on fees for obtaining documents under the Freedom of Information Act has prompted the CIA to establish a definition of “news media” that could include bloggers.

The CIA’s final rule on FOIA processing fees, from which members of the news media are usually exempt, takes a pass on a more complex fee structure proposed in a draft version. The CIA decided against the complicated structure due to the lack of public support for the change, according to a notice published in the Federal Register Wednesday.

The new rule, effective Wednesday, adopts the definition of “news media” contained in a 1987 Office of Management and Budget FOIA guidebook that includes “alternative media” that would be disseminated electronically “through telecommunications.” Under the 1986 FOIA Reform Act, OMB is responsible for promulgating a “uniform schedule of fees” across the government…

  10. Dredd – I have had a similar thought:

    If we don’t do something about these SOB’s . . . . . The world will do something about US . . .

  11. Hey! I’m famous as heck already! Agent 86 has gone senile, though, and so CONTROL is really pressed against KAOS lately.

  12. Flo – Don’t be so down on yourself ….. I’m sure I’ve seen worse…

  13. Remember when Rummy said we wold never have to do house to house combat ?
A neighbor kid just enlisted in the marines, he told me that’s practically all they train for now.

  14. I’m Revolting to ! (signing statement 🙂 I don’t wanna be a stick in the mud.

  15. WE GOT INTO THIS MESS BECAUSE BAD PEOPLE HAVE BEEN DOING BAD THINGS AND NOBODY IS STOPPING THEM.

Get anything good fer yer b’day, bub?

  16. Ya know, I just love how my connection works best during the commercials…. I’m so mellow right now I’m revolting.

  17. Brad, How young are ya ?

We will never have to do house to house combat.

nixon would have called that an inoperative statement … We call it a LIE !

  18. Flo – Nah, It’s the King of King that knows.

I like the commercials on this station they are so low key and tolerable
    unlike anythang around here.

  19. JOJ, the next time you communicate with the King of Kings, could you have him recall a feller named Cheney for us ?

  20. Emlev – Yes, Hearing the different local flavors is what makes internet radio

so much fun for me ! WLNG from L.I. Ny is another station with great local color.

  21. Flo – Will do. Lottery numbers are out of the question … I’ve tried.

But, Maybe I can try to get voting machine source code from’im !

  22. Speaking of lotto #’s I hit 5 of 6 on the Fla lotto last drawing, missed 20 mil by one !

  23. JoJ,

Didja ever wonder how that dentist interviews patients “before they open their mouths?”

That one gets me every time.

  24. Emlev – Sorry, no comprende. Dentists cry when they look in my mouth !

  25. JoJ,

The commercial says that the dentist listens to his patients and interviews them before they even open their mouths. Which would make their interview responses pretty darn muffled, I think.

  26. It’s okay because my manning has been interrupted by outages, inability to hear clearly and shoe phones ringing…. Thank goodness for Em.

  27. So… THANKS 99! And thanks all! Back tomorrow! Gotta get outta the studio, meet with some Houston Election Integrity advocates, and then get that BDay drink!

    Night all!

  28. Thanks 99 for keep’in us in line !

Brad have ya hit the big Four Oh yet ?

  29. Hummm… the stuff that I could have gotten away with had I only known . . .

  30. “You say it’s your birthday! It’s my birthday too!–Happy Birthday to you!”
Wow, that makes 8 of us that I “know” now born this midsummer date 7/19.
Thanks for the great job filling in for PBC. It’s too bad that’s the time of day when I have 3 shows I want to be listening to at once–thanks for posting the show here.
