   “Titusville police say they have arrested Florida State Rep. Robert “Bob” Allen, of Merrit Island, on second degree misdemeanor charges for soliciation for prostiution.

   Officers say they noticed Allen acting suspicious as he went in and out of the men’s restroom 3 times. Minutes later, he solicited an undercover male officer inside the restroom, offering to perform oral sex for $20. Officers realized he was a public figure after the arrest.”

   So that makes Scott McClellan and Ari-boy co-liars, along with the rest of the Presidential staff and most of the Republican Party who claimed they wanted to get to the bottom of this Plame business.

   Josh Marshall and Veracifier had an excellent video of McClellan’s “get to the bottom of it” drum-beat. It was far, far more repetitive than any “stay the course” crap.

   We should be seeing this nightly on the major networks given the arrogance displayed today.

No wonder they oppose Internet Neutrality, for fear that independent investigative journalists not behold to vile corporate interests like skanky whores to their criminal pimps as the mainstream war-profiteering media is. 8. It sure looks like Dumbya must have derived his definition of “fair and balanced” (totally biased) from FOX “news”.

9. As long as there are bushie myths (a.k.a. lies), these delusions will plague us.

   The MSM fools have been using similar false language lately, touting a neoCon talking point.

   To debunk that myth, do the arithmetic.

   The dems have 49 votes in the Senate and the repubs have 50 … with Lieberman. But the MSM is constantly saying the dems have “Senate control”.

   The dems, contrary to this neoCon myth, do not “control the Senate”, they only have the “caucus majority“.

   That does give them much power, because they have chairs of committees and majority votes on committees. That is why all the oversite, subpoenas, and trouble for the regime, since the last election.

   However, dems do not have Senate control, which is defined as 60 votes. Next in the power heirarchy comes veto control with 67 votes.

   So, to be fair the people gave them power in the last election because they have a caucus majority, but they need Senate control which is 60 votes, and veto control which is 67 votes.

   Until then, we can only hope that more republicans will snap out of the hypnotic trance the neoCons have put on them, and vote with the dems.

   The republicans have filibustered 43 times. The last time they filibustered Senator Webb’s amendment that would require soldiers returning from Iraq or Afghanistan to be at home equal to the time they were deployed. All 49 dems votes were for the Webb relief, but only 7 republicans went along with them, so the republican filibuster prevailed 56-41.

   So, thanks to those “troop supporting” republicans, the troops can be home a week and have to go back even if they had been in Iraq two years.

   Rest and recovery was what Webb offered them. He offered a bit more time for National Guard troops.

   The republicans filibustered instead of supporting the troops. The republicans support the insane war, but lie and say they support the overstressed troops, then blame it on the dems who the neoCons falsely say have Senate control.

   That is why Gonzales is still at the Department of Justice Just Us and why bushie pardons are the equivalent of the finger.

10. Another delusion bushie just started yesterday, is that the Iraqi insurgents are the ones that did the 9/11 attacks in New York:

    President Bush, defending his troop surge in Iraq, insisted Thursday that the insurgents attacking US troops in Iraq “are the same ones who attacked us on Sept. 11.”

    (Raw Story). It must be true, then, as the 9/11 truth movement asserts, that some of the alleged 9/11 hijackers are still alive. 🙂

11. It occurs to me that if the allegation that the Bush family mafia have used sexual blackmail to control people then it might be possible some of these people being found out (like Sen. Vitter) might be wanting to be found out, so they can get out from under the blackmail and away from the Bush fiasco.

    It’s not terribly relevant, but just an observation about how strange our times have become.

    I wonder if the people in Iraq who we call “Al Qaeda in Iraq” call themselves that or was it just a name WE gave them.
