I have a suggestion.
Follow the lead of and get behind Debra Bowen, the new Secretary of State in California.
The states tend to follow California law in many areas, and this is one area California could set a standard that makes sense and is secure.
If we all get behind her, because she knows her stuff, it could form a clear position.
And she has Jerry Brown as the new Attorney General who is naturally inclined to help isn’t he?
Then the other states can take a look and follow the lead to verifiable elections. Paper verified, certified, and democratized.
