  1. Poor John Gideon! Irate voters calling him in the middle of the night, hardly any sleep. Gonna be a while till he sleeps tonight too I bet.

  2. John Gideon, bless his soul, has been posting every problem & sin he can find regarding our broken election process.

This is Steve Young, if I heard right, from Orange County, CA.

  3. Getting nervous folks. MSM is playing down the “glitches” again. Could they (the Republicans) flip the votes again and plain get away with it? Please reassure me.

  4. HOLY Cow! I phased out for a second – what did the caller named “Joy” say about a server being patched through a website called georgebush.com ??? Anybody?

  5. Cyteria, I’m afraid since they hold all the power they are just blatantly doing whatever illegal acts they want thinking they are now above the law. I look for the situation to be even worse than ever – but hopefully that’s what will bring ’em down.

  6. Kira # 4

Yes, poor John indeed…!! He contributes SO much to this blog with his Daily Voting thread and all its links to check out, plus his guest spots, yet sometimes his DV thread hardly gets any response. I know he’s appreciated but doesn’t get many accolades for his work, so Brad, give this guy a medal…!!

    Bless John’s little cotton socks….!!!

  7. From Raw Story we get this:

    Democrats leading in:

    * VA: 53-46
    * RI: 53-46
    * PA: 57-42
    * OH: 57-43
    * NJ: 53-45
    * MT: 53-46
    * MO: 50-48

    Republicans leading:

    * TN: 51-48
    * AZ: 50-46

    But then they add this:

“Exit polls in 2000 and 2004 overestimated the performance of Democrats in final tallies by sometimes large margins.”

    Sheesh – get a F**king Clue!

“Exit polls in 2000 and 2004 underestimated the cheating of Republicans in final tallies by sometimes large margins.”

  8. “Exit polls in 2000 and 2004 underestimated the cheating of Republicans in final tallies by sometimes large margins.”

    No kidding, Agent BB2!

  9. Thanks Bluebear2 for clarifying the legalese.

I’m with MAR – Please give John Gideon a medal & a Purple Heart. I saw him on Free Speech TV yesterday. WHAT A GUY! He’s one of my heroes.

  10. Hey guys,

Exit polling says that the # 1 topic concerning voters is…..wait for it……GOVERNMENT CORRUPTION….!!!!!

Maybe the sheeple have FINALLY awakened to their elected officials, and I use that term “elected” loosely……god I hope so for all your sakes…!!!

    ITMFA

  11. This Exit Poll thing feels like 2004. I have that weird feeling…I remember it…I think it is called ‘hope’…Last time I felt it was right about this point in the 2004 vote count.

  12. Hey — Those exit polls ARE exciting. I do hate to start feeling upbeat, though. The higher up you go, the farther you have to fall.

I can only imagine what karl’s “THE MATH” is – but he practically told us that’s his trump card.

  13. I’m going to go hop in my vehicle, turn on 1240AM and listen to Peter and Brad for the next half to one and one half hours depending on traffic. (The more wrecks, the more listening time)

See you all a little later.

  14. Bye, BB2. Drive safe.

So Rover is hiding from us — plugged into his wall of many computers … AGAIN?

  15. The problem with exit polls LAST time was that people who received provisional ballots answered the polls about how they voted, not realizing that their votes weren’t counted. Also didn’t account for the “spoilage” factor which seems to kill Democratic ballots over Republican ones at about a 500-1 ratio.

This time, hopefully, people are fighting for the right to fill out a REAL ballot, and not a provisional one. Of course, in Ohio that won’t matter, but most places it will make a difference.

If Blackwell steals the Ohio Governorship, I think the state will go bankrupt paying the security bill for his public travel.

It’s not over until they swear in a Democratic House and a Democratic Speaker of the House. THEN, we can get started on fixing this mess.

  16. Charlie L, EXCEPT for Pelosi’s unbelievable statement that she wouldn’t push for IMPEACHMENT. That has my hair on FIRE.

  17. No. He’s quaking under the couch in the Oval Office, and Georgie’s running in ovals around it. His big October Surprise was getting daily shockers of long-held filthy information going public against his side. If he had one to back up his smugness, it was buried by lethal shots coming from his own party.

  18. NOBODY (except for Conyers) is going to say they are for impeachment until AFTER the investigations get going. Democrats are just too scared for that, and they knew that the “I word” would motivate and bring out the “Republican Base” in force.

Fact is, if I had to decide between REAL election reform and impaching Cheney/Bush (and imprisoning Rice, Gonzalez, Pearle, Wolfowitz, Hadley, Ashcroft, et al.) I think I would rather see…

    1. An end to voter disenfranchisement
    2. Election day registration
    3. Paper ballots counted transparently by human beings with results displayed at the precinct level prior to centralized tabulation.
    4. Ten $1,000,000 random prizes per state and one $100,000,000 national lottery prize chosen from those who vote.
    5. Three day election period that includes a National Holiday weekday and a weekend, plus at least one night-shift.
    6. No partisan SoS’s.

That would be a lot better for the long-term health of this nation than anything else.

The neo-cons will get theirs down the road. Karma’s a bitch.

  19. Since there’s a chance Pelosi could end up President if they’re all impeached and convicted, there is the theory that she’s simply trying not to seem eager for that.
    .

  20. Dead voters – may not be enough.

KKKarl Rove apprehensive about the up coming midterm elections brought some “neighbors” to vote for Republican Party candidates….

    Click Link.

  21. Good ideas on your list, Charlie L.!

I hope you’re right about the Dems waiting. AND I’m all for putting criminals in prison with sentences that fit the crimes.

  22. It’s unfortunate but, early returns show Clint Curtis trailing by 8% in early returns.

Odd as it may seem, but to this Florida outsider and independant, that race, to me, seemed to be the most important race of all congressional races.

  23. All I’m getting is tiny picture of a toupee on yer link, oldturk. If Rove’s wearing that to try to make his getaway, it’s going to be really fun.

  24. Hi, I would have checked in sooner, but I had to run to the store.

Here’s that story about Ken Blackwell’s instant voter results…

    http://scoop.epluribusmedia.org/story/2006/11/7/115314/922

I’m not enough of a techhead to get all of this, but this was apparently a joint investigation by a number of people on e pluribus. However, I do understand the implications, that even if the machines don’t crunch the “Math” enough, that there’s another filter that the votes will go through that could change the votes as well.

If nothing else, it’s a monumental conflict of interest.

  25. Dan, I thought Clint just said he was ahead by 2% points ???

HEY CLINT!!! BEST OF LUCK! I hope you win this election.

  26. Did Laura Ingraham just commit a crime ON AIR?
by AHiddenSaint Tue Nov 07, 2006
That is the question because right now it is possible she just did something VERY ILLEGAL ON AIR.
    http://www.firedoglake.com/

FCC Not filled with Bush stooges. Jonathon Adelstein and Michael Copps are the Dem commissioners and they are honorable and dedicated to reforming media.

FILE A BAR COMPLAINT Go after her law license.

Laura Ingraham has asked her listeners to call the Dem Voter protection hotline — and they are now being flooded with calls from crank callers. Please call Laura and tell her what you think about this: 800.876.4123. You can e-mail her here. Apparently, voter intimidation and fraud are a joke to Laura Ingraham. Let’s let her know that it is no joke.

    http://www.lauraingraham.com/asklaura;jsessionid=3D4556FA1C348C1FE9A9D1D85198BED0

  27. I hope that somebody prosecutes Laura, as that was a MAJOR CRIME and it should be TREASON to use the Mass Media that way. That’s “incitement to commit a violation of voter rights”. If she is a lawyer she should be disbarred and the FCC should fine her through the roof for using the wairwaves to incite a criminal offense. At the very least she should be executed, at the very most, life in prison without the possibility of parole, and with no books or media, just a coloring book and a white crayon.

P.S. to Dan: MSNBC is a criminal enterprise. If you can’t get Air America or stream velvetrevolution.us, then watch CNN.

  28. I’d never heard of Laura Ingraham before … is she a Coulter-clone? From Ingraham’s site:

THE LATEST DEM TACTIC: Thomas Sowell says “Democrats are getting people to vote for moderates in order to put extremists in power.”

She’s definitely got a few mental problems. Like she can’t figure out WHO are the extremists???

  29. Charlie, I am not convinced MSNBC is as crimiinal as you imply in re election results.

I am also listening to MSNBC, and they are, (apparantly to me), quite happy about the early results showing a democratic surge that exceeds Karl Rove’s capabilities to influence.

CNN is also projecting a Feeney victory:

    Florida 24
    Projected: 8:19 p.m.

    Republican Feeney
    (Incumbent)
    defeats
    Democratic Curtis
    Updated results

  30. Charlie,
At Least MSNBC has Keith Olbermann, and he’s questioning and worried about this vote. He’s also cohosting the election.

  31. Keith Olbermann is WONDERFUL and is the ONLY thing I watch on cable (besides Comedy Central and Poker).

I had heard he was pushed out of the election coverage. I’ll have to watch some when I get home if he is on.

Overall, I have seen a massive right-wing, pro-corporate, pro-Republcian bias on MSNBC. However, like all the mass media (except FAUX, which is actually a propoganda machine) they are PACK ANIMALS and will follow the herd. If they think the “reality” crowd is taking power, they will start to talk about our issues and stop passing off the White House PRess Releases as truth.

But, how much are they talking about the Republican Dirty Tricks (robocalls, et al.) all over the country today? Hmmm? Most mass media seem to be ignoring THAT major story.

  32. Kira, I’m not sure he didn’t “get it” before. What has changed is that he’s fed up. He’s mad as hell and not going to take it anymore. I think Katrina really did it for him. But Rumbsfeld calling critics of the war “appeasers” really pissed him off. (BTW, he hated the Lewinsky thing as well.)

Is he a Democrat? I think probably. He won’t say though.

  33. No, Keith wasn’t pushed out. In fact, they always wanted him to cover it. I was on a chat that they had on Firedoglake and he explained that him being pushed out of election coverage was a mis-understanding. He and Chris are the ones covering it.

  34. ABC has always led with propaganda.

I get my news regularly from Free Speech TV, LINK & the internet. Keith Olbermann, Jon Stewart, Bill Maher [once a week], Lou Dobbs & rarely Larry King [depending on his guests] are on my list to check out each day.

  35. That was a cool chat btw, because it had not only Keith, but also Ambassador Joe Wilson showed up and Mike Stark as well.

  36. Kira #42

No, that’s the legal kind – they raise those little guys out in the desert of Nevada.

They’ve been known to consult Clinton and Bush – Just ask the National Inquirer

  37. Oh, heck… I was off with my laundry for a couple minutes…. They’re still broadcasting from my iTunes link from Nova M… BUT the post and the ugly black box both have a buncha links if they’ve moved streams on us.

  38. thank goodness clint lost. now he can continue fighting for fair elections. i mean if he won how could we claim the machines are rigged?

  39. I want to take a moment and thank everyone for maintaining a civil discourse throughout the early returns.

I do hope civility can be maintained, as disappointments as certain to occur.

Thus far, though, this board hs my full attention, it also has my gratitude for it’s civility.

  40. I got burned on the way home, 1240AM isn’t running Brad and Peter until 10:00.

They had them on line though – ya sure like there’s wifi on Interstate 80!

Heading to the school across the street to the polling place – fill out my paper ballot (yeah) and stick it in that box that looks like a paper shredder. (Worry worry.)

Later I will be doing a dumpster dive.

Pretty heavy dem neighborhood here so I don’t expect to find anything, but then again who knows?

See you all in a few.

  41. Hey 99 – I’m on kpftx.org & apparently that’s the one Brad’s staying with. Sound is good – they got it fixed.

    Love Mike Malloy.

Thanks Dan for the comment. We’re usually fairly civil over here when not invaded by reptilians.

  42. OldTurk #79
Doncha have a link with better results to look at?

    I’m feeling a bit sick/sickened now.

  43. Fitrakis, butt on the line for America. My kinda guy.

oldturk’s map will end up with all kinds of great news for us. It’s still early. Not to worry. Not to worry. We’re all out voting, with cameras and pitchforks for contingencies. That map will turn totally blue tonight.

  44. Bob & Harvey are the heroes of Ohio. Hopefully, they can be the star witnesses at the trial of Ken Blackwell. I’m gonna laugh histerically when he stands up at sentencing and says something like “This is a high-tech lynching” (before or after he says that he’s an alchoholic and going into rehab and that he has “found Jesus again” and is ready to be forgiven).

Ken Blackwell should get a low-tech one, and I don’t say that lightly.

  45. I heart Agent 99! BLUE! I have on BLUE today and always a bit of black because I’m still in mourning for my country & democracy.

    Bob Fitrakis’ site:
    Fraudbuster Bob {edited by Kira for crappy html}

  46. this Clint Curtis Race is not over yet…from what I see he has pulled ahead in Volusia County with less than 50% of the Volusia county precincts reporting…

ALSO..I NOTICED SOMETHING A LITTLE FUNNY at about 8:40pm est wesh #’s reported the following…. Clint Curtis (D) 45,219 43%
    Tom Feeney (R) 60,240 57%
    Precincts Reporting – 181 out of 251 – 72%

then 20 minutes later until now this is the new update
    Clint Curtis (D) 48,264 43%
    Tom Feeney (R) 63,358 57%
    Precincts Reporting – 146 out of 251 – 58%

how in the world did time pass, and the number of precincts reporting DROP?!?!?!?! then voting totals increased by about 7,000 votes in that time…. weird

  47. Well, Kira,

    And everyone else as well….

You give yourself enhanced credibility when you can have a serious discussion backed by rational argument without resorting to name calling and vulgaraties.

I am sick and tired of Libtard this, neocon that. The divide that threatens us, as a nation, is far greater than either republican or democrat can correct.

    We’re all American.
(Unless you are complicit in corrupting the American vote)

    “Dimpled, pimpled, pregnant chad,
can’t you see…we’ve all be had!”

    http://poetry.com/Publications/display.asp?ID=P1873650&BN=999&PN=13
    (written after the 2000 election)

Ultimately, this is the falacy of the HAVA act: There is no provision for election transparancy

  48. Well, Pickand, we are talking about FLORIDA here, after all. They’re screwing with us, big time, for sure. Larisa will be dumpster diving all night though. We’ll pull it out.

  49. Pick and Roll

That’s an amazingly good point, MSNBC was very very similar:

    U.S. House – District 24 | COUNTY RESULTS
    Candidate Votes % of votes
    Tom Feeney (REP)* 71,302 56%
    Clint Curtis (DEM) 55,297 44%
    63% of precincts reporting
    U.S. House – District 25 | COUNTY RESULTS

72% reporting earlier, and 63& now, and MORE votes, yes, this is one race to mark for follow up.

  50. does anyone know if it is a solid rule of thumb that the largest precincts are the last ones reported? another slightly strange that i have been noticing between tracking WESH local TV in Orlando, CNN, and the state of Florida website …is that though the Staes website has had the highest tallied number of votes consistently, it has yet to post a single vote from Seminole County, yet tCNN and the local news have been reporting Seminole county precincts for over an hour

  51. Whata slip of the tongue, Werewolf Blitzer “lincoln cheney” r-RI cnn predict’s loser . . .

  52. Man, I don’t know what in the world happened but this thread was NOT HERE when I looked for it a while ago!! Don’t know how that’s possible but I’m glad it’s here NOW! Still can’t hear the broadcast, though.

When my daughter & I voted we were told that it’s illegal to bring cameras to the polling place, even to document one’s own voting experience.
True?? I don’t see how it could be!

  53. another interesting thing i have just learned…in 2002 (the last time Feeney ran in no-presidential year)…there was appx. 220,000 votes cast total in District 24…right now we are sitting at about 126,000 total votes counted in the district….a good percentage of the remaining precints are Volusia County, which Clint is doing strong in, and Dems always do decent in..

  54. Who would think standing in line would be a good thing?
There were about 20 people in line to vote. This is the first time I have ever seen more than about 5 people in the polling place.

It is great to see. The sheeple seem to be stirring!

  55. Joan! Welcome to our Ghost Blog! Glad ya’ made it.

When I went to my precinct to vote today I, also, was surprised to see the same information posted — NO CAMERAS or VIDEO CAMERAS or CELL PHONES – except for the elections personnel !!! I guess you have to wear a SPY vs SPY buttonhole camera.

  56. We still must get rid of electronic vote machines, even if the Dems win.

The vote process must be transparent to all voters. Our govt is accountable to us. Votes are counted in secret, etc… We have to change the whole process, so it’s transparent to the voters, and the voters oversee the elections, not the govt secretly overseeing the elections.

Let’s keep fighting to get rid of e-vote machines and make the process ours again.

Rick Santorum is conceding as I’m writing this.

    SWEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEET!!!!

    Where’s all the trolls???

  57. A-99 and Kira,..

the senate map on the east coast is turning very blue.

    =============

The House map is hard to read unless you know the district. But at the top right is the “FULL RACE #” that takes you to a state by state chart.

    =============

There is also a tab for gubernatorial races.

    =======
    =======

    NYT map link again.

  58. Hi everybody! 4:00 am here in Prague, this early bird is ready for action. I think the overall situation looks pretty damned nice, Kira, at least so far. You gotta watch that humidity, though…

  59. If the Dems win big, I can’t wait to hear Limboob and Handjobbity tomorrow! Maybe we can get rid of them, too!

Brad, I’m listening to you on streaming radio. Word on the street is, Mark Foley and Haggard think you have a sexy voice!

  60. oh my, we might actually do this, this is looking better and better. Big Dan you are absolutely right, we have to get rid of the machines, but one thing this DID show is that the people figured out they had to vote in overwhelming numbers. Maybe we’ll have even better turnout from this election on out.

  61. Hey, Kira!
I don’t get it: how can it be illegal to bring a camera when the public is supposed to be able to observe the voting process?
Oooh, the GOP wants the machines from the santorum race? Like to “examine” them? You mean, they suspect some sort of (gasp!) FRAUD??

  62. Hey Czaragorn! Good morning! I think I’m going to make a pot of coffee in your honor.

Well, I’m in GA, so I was looking there. How can anybody vote repub in this election — even poppy bush???

    So many empty-headed people.

  63. I would still be leary of any GOP 51%-49% “wins” like if Allen and/or Corker win 51%-49%. Let’s see if the GOP wins all the 50/50 races.

  64. *sigh* This lady they were just talking about who voted on a paper ballot…think they’ll remember to count hers? Or will it end up forgotten in some dusty corner somewhere because the focus will obviously be on doing the machine count?
Who’ll know? No way to check.

  65. Kes & Joy – I’m on kpftx.org and it’s working fine for me.

Hello KestrelBrightEyes! Good to see ya.

    Insane Santorum just conceded! Wahoo!

  66. Joan, I was extremely disturbed about the non-choices we have for voting our invisible votes. I heard the paper ballots, of all kinds, would be used only in the event a race was contested. Duh!

  67. I don’t know which stream I’m listening to (I’m afraid to look, because if I do I’ll prolly screw something up), but it’s working fine, and it’s a grand show! Thanks Brad, Peter B., and all you devoted citizens of Bradville, USA! I feel like I shouldn’t say anything, you know, like when your pitcher has a no-no going through 7 innings, but…

  68. Oh, GREAT that santorum lost! That almost makes up for lieberman. (I guess he miraculously scraped up some joementum)

    IMPEACHMENT! YES. ITMFA.

  69. I’m watching…so be careful 🙂

    Hey Guys!

Hope we’re coming in loud and clear! Please spread the word! And give us a call if ya like: 888-573-8372

  70. I’m glad Casey beat Santorum, I live in Pa. Actually, I live near Casey near Scranton (The Office, lol!). Casey is as squeaky clean as he appears to be, no kidding! He’s a really, really nice guy. We now have a very nice, honest Senator here in Pa. And Specter at least isn’t a rightwing freak, even though I don’t like a lot of things he does. At least he’s not like Santorum.

We have a great local radio show Nancy & Kevin on WILK, and Kevin really hates Santorum, I can’t wait to here him tomorrow. The rest of WILK is rightwing radio except for N&K.

  71. I just heard that magic 51%R-49%D number … one of the GA races.

Hey Brad! Coming in loud & clear & another GREAT SHOW. Thanks.

  72. Kira,
Re paper ballots: I am 100% for them, but only if these machines fall victim, as they SHOULD, to a Boston Tea Party-type fate. Because we just will not KNOW if they’re counted, just like we don’t know NOW how or if ANYTHING is counted properly or at all.
Interesting, huh? how the GOP came in immediately with a letter demanding this & that at their first whiff of fraud.
It just points up how SICKENING & illegitimate our whole media has been for six freakin’ years!!!

  73. Hahahahaha! Sick Sick Sick Sick Sick Sick.

Can Clint do a recount? Is it paper? He’ll get a phony random 3% thumb-through for $160k.

  74. I must apologize to these PA repubs….they win the prize for the MOST GIGANTIC cojones!
PLEASE let ever democratic talking head LAUGH THEIR ASSES off at them tomorrow!

  75. What I will wait to see, is how quickly “justice” will be served to Republicans crying foul. We’re still waiting for “justice” from thousands of documented disenfranchizements from 2004!!!! Get in line, all you Republicans crying “foul” in 2006!!! We’re still waiting for justice from 2004!!!!!!!!!!

  76. The election results,..
KKKarl Rove is just shocked,.. just shocked,..
his coiffure is asunder,.. (what’s left of it anyways.)

Rove is shocked and needs a comb.

G.O.P. Loses Senate Seats in 3 States – so far.

    By DAVID STOUT – NYT
    Published: November 7, 2006
Democratic challengers ousted three Republican senators today, defeating Rick Santorum of Pennsylvania, Mike DeWine of Ohio and Lincoln Chafee of Rhode Island as the hottest fight for Congress in years was waged from coast to coast.

Democrats also held onto a seat in New Jersey as Senator Robert Menendez defeated Thomas H. Kean Jr. And Senator Joseph I. Lieberman of Connecticut, who lost in the Democratic primary but remained in the race as an independent candidate, kept his seat by defeating the Democratic nominee, Ned Lamont.

  77. Joan

Democrats are equally duplicitous in the deployment of a NON-Transparant election. Witness Clark in GA in 2004.

This is not so much about our partisan loyalty, as it is is our American Unity and a commitment to transparancy.

  78. OldTurk! Rove’s WHINING Waahhhh! Funny.

So are the repubs going to try to contest EVERY Dem win? How much will they have to pay for a recount? A box of twinkies?

  79. In another local race I’ve been telling bradblgians about, mistress choking wife cheating R-Don Sherwood has just conceded to D-Carney on our local TV channel!

So, in Pa., Sherwood & Santorum lost!!!!!!

  80. Seems to me like a bad move, the pugs impounding machines – I mean, that could set an interesting precedent. Hmmm. Man, it’s so great to be sitting here, half a world away, listening to the VR’s special Bradcast! Thanks again, guys!

  81. Psssssst – BRAD!

You’re soundin good hon. I’d call, but I’m not sure you’d understand my Tennessee accent.

    🙂

  82. Dan #146
I feel certain a lot of elected Dems were of the repub persuasion running on a Dem ticket. The best way to facilitate a takeover.

  83. I had to leave. When I got back home the channel I was listening on which was from Monterey was dead air. I went to Democracy Dailey and you were on air. KRXA is still dead air.

  84. Is this Bradblog.com or republicanssuck.com?

Corruption doesn’t concern itself with part loyalty.
All corruption does is follow the money.

  85. Thanks for the link, Kes #149 – will look at that.

    Agent 99 #151
    We still have a Constitution?

  86. No, Kira, but it can be revived if we get rid of this Republican Congress. Whatever failings the Democrats have, our only chance of reviving our Constitution is a big win on the BLUE side tonight.

  87. Dan!
Oh PLEASE! Surely you jest! I’m not even gonna bother with the usual caveat! There’s been NOTHING equal about what we’ve been through in the last six years, but I was speaking specifically (in my #143) about the GOP crying ‘fraud’. Come on, Dan! Wave that pompom!

  88. Dan, we all know it’s not about right or left, it’s about right and wrong, we all agree. But please, brother, let some of us get away with a little schadenfreud, I mean, it’s been really tough lately, and the relief is palpable, as in, “Ding dong, the witch is dead”…

  89. I am grateful (so far) for an apparant, and undeniable, vote in favor of change.

    I honestly hoped for more.

  90. Dan #156
Surely you agree the extremists who have trashed the country are the republicans holding power in gov’t. Since these nuts took office in 2000, it’s worse – FAR WORSE – than ever before, and that’s because there are no checks & balances with the One-Party-Rule.

  91. Well y’all, 5:30 comes early, I’d better head on out.

Y’all have a good evening, I’ll check back in tomorrow.

Brad – thanks hon – for everything.

  92. I trust none of them either, however, we have GOT to get our checks & balances back — then we hold their feet to the fire.

They must be reminded they are working for us, not the other way around. Gotta do that.

  93. What Brad is saying right now is EXACTLY RIGHT re impeachment. It’s NOT about “payback” or “looking backward” as has been said by TOO MANY so-called democrats & progressives, imho. It’s about, as Brad just said, ACCOUNTABILITY. If LAWS have been broken, that needs to be addressed.
We need to start following the law again!

  94. I agree ITMFA’s is the name of the game,

But That takes balls and I have yet to see any on the part of Dems so far.
Any Dem Victory is the grass roots (us) not the pols & we must never let them forget it!

  95. And Brad, KBE…everyone!

May the four winds blow you safely home…

    ty for fighting for integrity.

Republican, Democrat, Libertarian, Saturnalian,..we all are fighting for just that, Integrity in our Government.

  96. Accountability. There has been NONE of that in 6 years. And that moron masquerading as a president – can’t even put 6 words together correctly.

  97. St Louis local news is cautioning that Talent is not doing as well in outstate to offset what is expected to be an overwhelming vote for McCaskell in St. Louis City and County as well as Jackson County in the Kansas City area. In spite of the numbers. Missouri is still in play!

  98. Dan – republican are NOT for integrity in our government!
    QUITE THE CONTRARY. Hummmmmmmmm…

  99. What you refer to Kira, is the net result of an unchecked Executive. This has now passed. There is some momentum here, let us see where that takes us, as a nation, now.

The only person in the whitehouse that truly embarasses me, is Karl Rove, not dubbya. (well, ok, Cheney too)

  100. One more win in the House and we have the majority,.. once the vote count completed on the west coast we will pickup way more than needed.

We will come up two seats shy to gain a majority to the senate.

We are picking up governorships to the Demo Party.

The only man-date bu$$h has is Guckert/Gannon in the Lincoln Bedroom.
