Under pressure from activists Blackwell has decided to stop any plans to destroy 2004 voting records for several months at least. This seems to be a win for those who are still looking going through the mounds of data. / Ballot access (whether a person or party have the right to be named on the ballot) issues seem to be picking up in the courts. / Summit Co. Ohio has no money left to run the Nov. general election. They are asking for $1.7M from the county but they are getting a lot of questions in return. …

Do they have this in writing? Are the ballots been protected. This could simply be a ploy to defer any legal action so he can sneak in and destroy the Ballots. There was Major tampering so be very suspicious. Look at this mans record. Something is going on you do not know about rest assured.

      Sally,.. I second your observation.

Blackwell will destroy those 2004 Ohio election ballots and machine printouts before November 2006,.. unless they come under court order/court seal. He and his cronies will not leave that info to be scrutinized
allowing the fact to be ascertained how the pResidency was fraudulently given the fascist monkey (bu$$h).

Has it occurred to anyone that Blackwell has been enjoined by a court from destroying evidence for a pending suit, or a number of them? I’d say that would be about the only thing that could stop him.

      Hope you are right 99.
I probably missed that bit but since when did the law stop them. There could be a sudden fire where the ballots are stored or something else. After watching that long bandwidth crunching video yesterday about the alleged connection of Bush senior to Kennedy’s Death Im more suspicious of everything. I now have a feeling for who Bush really is. He’s seen wealthy men getting away with crime all his life. His father was in the CIA and carried out covert operations. He is brain damaged by drug taking and this is his reality. Covert, immune to prosecution is where he and his cronies live in their heads.

Yep, Sally, I hope I’m right too. Very tired of all this filthy, murderous dealing they call “politics” lately… that does instead of “democracy” lately. Up to here with it! Worse than that!

Thanks for working so hard protecting us all from the mean and demented posts that you have to deal with every day. No wonder you are tired. You need someone (who can read well) to help you out. Week on/off. We can’t have you cracking under the strain. How Brad did this for 2 and a half years I don’t know.
I guess my purpose in that cynical post was a hope that groups examining the votes will move to get them legally safeguarded in a secure location like Old Turk has suggested. A fireproof bank vault might be OK 🙂

oldturk! That’s hitting below the belt! 😛

No! Do I sound crabby? I’m not crabby. I’m just chasing all over America for stuff and, I guess, behind the curve here this evening…?

I do, though, believe it is past time to get seriouser ‘n cancer on this stuff. I’ve been hollering, in public, for us to go pluck them physically out of our house for at least a year. That need not be violent, but we have to face that it might get that way.

I’m trying to do some behind-the-scenes alerting of people who might yet be able to make things happen…. I’m not giving up hope that we can peacefully, lawfully, boot-out the criminals; but I also am telling everyone we cannot FEAR these fiends anymore. It’s past time to force, however we can, our founding documents to win the day.

So, I imagine I agree with Erma about some things, but, man, shoot me before I get THAT attitude toward my fellows PLEASE.

No I am just teasing you – sweetness. We all have to work harder and smarter to make some serious headway come this November. These neocon Nazis are not going to graciously allow us to share in the operation of our government unless we force our desires upon them. It should be regretted that the concept of “mass protests” and “mass demonstrations” have been lost to the social vernacular,.. in makes shutting down these monsters so much more of a major task.

Some people think of Erma like the crazy aunt who lives locked away in the attic. But if push comes to political shove,.. Erma might make a marvelous standard bearer,.. or baton/majorette that leads the protest march down Main Street and to Washington DC if need be. I could see her standing in front of the White House with her electronic megaphone spewing her venom and invectives at bu$$hco 24/7. It might well come to proactive in your face public demonstrations,.. before we are taken seriously.

Well, heck, oldturk, maybe we could get “her” to DC, instead of BB, with “her” megaphone right now! I would not mind a bit if * had to listen to that 24/7!

In my dream scenario, it’s silent — millions of us silently converging on the White House and bodily dragging the fiends from our property. Or, for Joe and Valerie Wilson, “frog-marching” them from our house.

Hey 99 – Let’s converge in silence, meditate, levitate the White House, and shake the riff-raff out!

Heh. Well I do live in Northern California. Old hippie in the redwoods, and I betcha if enough of us set ourselves to it, we could pull it off, out of sheer transcendental mortification. I like the visuals for the creeps falling out of the airborne building!

Let’s face it. If these guys suddenly decided not to take another dime from taxpayers, passed term limits retroactively, and declared themselves “men without a country”, then got on boats and floated around in the ocean until they starved to death, we’d all be wondering what they were up to!

      And who could blame us!
