For those of you following the Sherole Eaton story in Hocking County, Ohio, I spoke with her last night and found out the Hocking County Prosecutor has called for a meeting of the Board of Elections on Monday (tomorrow, July 11). Voting rights activists have already contaced the Sheriff’s dept. regarding Lisa Swartz’s conducting of an admitted Republican fundraiser while she worked for the BOE. Activists in Hocking County plan to file theft in office and other related charges against Swartz. As most of you may know, the Hocking County BOE is under a temporary restraining order from replacing Sherole Eaton since last Tuesday thanks to Cliff Arnebeck. Cliff and I are working on a permanent injunction to have Eaton reinstated to her job with BOE since she is a whistleblower.
This is the kind of story we watch very closely…

As a whistleblower who lost his job for refusing to keep quiet over the fact that his dying wife’s relatives stole $60,000 from her brokerage account while she was in a coma (they were never punished, by the way, and still have the money), I am Sherole’s soul brother. Right on, sister.
And may Lisa Swartz suffer the consequences that my in-laws never had to suffer.
Getting justice for Sherole and exposing wrong-doing on the Board are important first steps.
We’re all plugging for you, Sherole!
It would seem that a string of actual court cases, arrests and such would do wonders to raise the interest level for MSM journalism. "If it bleeds it leads." So, let’s see a bunch of court cases!
I’d love to see Karl Rove arrested for something.
I’d like to see Mitovsky forced to turn over the exit polls.
I’d like to see more statewide Republicans charged with election fraud.
I’d like to see the White House publicly derided for ignoring more FOIA requests or letters from Congress requesting information.
Who else could be charged with something?
Who else could be charged? Thomas Noe in Ohio for one. Jack Abramoff for another. And Tom Feeney, of course.
The real question is, "Who will do the charging?"
