What do I need to install to access that mp3 file on my Android phone? Thanks.

I’ve got an iPhone, not an Android system, so can’t say definitively, but I’d think the ability to play the MP3 would be built in to the system natively. In other words, click on the “Download MP3” link and I suspect it’ll just start playing.
Alternately, there are apps in your App Store to play music MP3s, which should work for podcasts as well.
Finally, you can also listen to BradCast (and Green News Report) via the TuneIn app, Stitcher app and iTunes app. Just search for “Brad Friedman” in any of them and you should find the link to subscribe (for free) to the feed, so you’ll then have quick access to new episodes just as soon as they become available.
If you still need any more pointers, let me know! Hopefully someone with an Android device can offer more specific pointers!
