Unless the Eleventh Circuit engages in a total whitewash and dismisses Don Siegelman’s Appeal for a NEW TRIAL in December, Judge Mark Fuller will be further horribly embarrassed by the regurgitation of the Circus Trial of the former Governor.
Don’s sole “crime” was not just shutting up and retiring after his 2002 reelection as governor was stolen by Rove associates. The very judge refusing to allow an inquiry is now on the United States Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit!
William Pryor is also on the United States Sentencing Commission until 2017.
That 911 call is just appalling, odd that talk radio is completely ignoring it. The 911 operator was shocked, and they hear everything.
