{"id":9498,"date":"2012-08-22T10:32:32","date_gmt":"2012-08-22T17:32:32","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.bradblog.com\/?p=9498"},"modified":"2012-08-22T21:54:57","modified_gmt":"2012-08-23T04:54:57","slug":"why-does-god-hate-the-rnc","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/bbnewdb.webbyspice.com\/?p=9498","title":{"rendered":"Why Does God Hate the RNC?"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Apparently, they didn&#8217;t get the message <a href=\"http:\/\/www.guardian.co.uk\/world\/2008\/sep\/01\/usa.republicans2008\">back in 2008<\/a>, but, obviously, God hates the Republican National Convention&#8230;<\/p>\n<p><center><a href=\"http:\/\/www.nhc.noaa.gov\/refresh\/graphics_at4+shtml\/204427.shtml?5-daynl?large#contents\"><img decoding=\"async\" border=\"0\" src=\"https:\/\/BradBlog.com\/Images\/TropicalStormIsaac_082212_11pmET.jpg\"><\/a><\/center><\/p>\n<p>Tropical Storm Isaac is <a href=\"http:\/\/www.nhc.noaa.gov\/refresh\/graphics_at4+shtml\/024929.shtml?5-daynl\">now on track to hit Tampa<\/a> on Monday, the first day of the 2012 RNC. <\/p>\n<p>&#8220;We&#8217;re prepared for it, we&#8217;ve trained for it, we have contingency plan after contingency plan,&#8221; Tampa Mayor Bob Buckhorn <a href=\"http:\/\/livewire.talkingpointsmemo.com\/entry\/tampa-mayor-city-prepared-to-call-off-convention?ref=fpblg\">told CNN<\/a>. But if the weather gets ugly, he says, &#8220;human safety, human life trumps politics.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>You&#8217;ll recall that the first day of the 2008 RNC in Minneapolis-St. Paul was <a href=\"http:\/\/www.guardian.co.uk\/world\/2008\/sep\/01\/usa.republicans2008\">all but scotched<\/a> when <a href=\"http:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Hurricane_Gustav\">Hurricane Gustav<\/a> barreled through the Gulf to hit Louisiana, as the GOP was still particularly sensitive to George W. Bush&#8217;s <a href=\"http:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Hurricane_Katrina\">Katrina disaster<\/a> just a few years earlier.<\/p>\n<p>This time, God appears to be taking no chances, and is sending his wrath straight towards the site of the convention itself.
